applesauce with cinnamon & lemon zest

Applesauce is one of my son’s favorite baby foods, but it’s great as a snack for toddlers and adults too! Bringing in a hint of lemon and cinnamon gives a subtle twist to traditional applesauce, and I have found that introducing new ingredients to your baby begins to enhance their palette and gives them an appreciation for new flavors.
